RE: Home Loans for JP Orchards -- from Axis bank... (SPECIAL SCHEME)

Dear Sir,

Greetings for the day....

I represent Axis Bank for the customer who wish to avail  Home Loan to make the payments to the property they bought in J.P Greens... There is a special scheme run by JP in which if a customer take a JEO Plan (Subvention Plan) and avail a loan from Axis Bank ... the EMI for the loan disbursed for the first 24 months will borne by JP Greens ... Thats means you will get 2 years EMI holiday... and your EMI with bank will starts from 25 month onwards for the loan tenure ...

There is no hidden cost in this either from JP or Bank which will accrue afterwards.... its a MOU between Bank and the Builder... In JEO (Subvention plan) the payment is upfront 95% to the builder by the customer and the rate applicable is of CLP (Construction link plan) on this basis Builder is not passing the DP (Downpayment) discount to you and instead of that sharing your interest for the first 24 months towards your loan....

If you are interested in this scheme or wants to avail Home Loan under any payment plan which you opted initially, i will be great full to assist you in availing the same ...

For any further information do please write me ... or call...
