2. Click on Login: Customer.
3. Enter your User ID and password (given above) in the fields provided for the same.Please note
that the password is alpha-numeric and a combination of lower and upper case.
4. You will be required to change your password at the first login and select the "Forgot
Password" question available on the screen. The password should contain a minimum of 6 characters
and should not exceed 10 characters.
5. You will then be required to log out once and then log in to start accessing your policy details.
6. After your first login, you may view the Online Demo of "My Account" that will familiarize you
with the various facilities available online. We urge you to explore and enjoy the
conveniences of online transactions.

IMPORTANT:To prevent misuse, please ensure that your user ID and password are kept strictly confidential.
