Jaypee Greens : Application Forms for Jaypee Comercial

Please find the attached file for the application form for  Jaypee commercial project  "Wish Point".

We shall prefer to accept the application form along with the DD/ Pay order of application money but if we receive any application form along with cheque, we shall allot the sequence number after scrutinizing the form and give sufficient time(as per banking hours) maximum till next day to replace the cheque with  DD/ Pay order. If we do not receive the DD/ Pay order within the stipulated time, the sequence number shall be cancelled.

Bookings shall be accepted from Monday ie 07-04-2014 onwards. The Info Pack is attached and application form is already circulated.
