Subvention Cum Buyback Scheme Key Features:

Option-1(Retaining of Unit):

·         Customer pays 15% of total apartment cost, as booking amount.

·         Get loan approval from the bank for 80% of the total Apartment Cost.

·         Bank pays 80% on behalf of the customer

·         The interest cost (24 Months) of the amount paid by bank is borne by Sunworld Residency Pvt.Ltd.

·         Remaining 5% of the total apartment cost will be demanded at the time of possession

·         Customer will start paying EMIs only after 24 months.

 
 
Option-2(EXIT AFTER 24 MONTHS):
o   Customer pays 15% of total apartment cost as booking amount.

 

o   Gets Loan approval from bank for the balance amount i.e. 80% of Total Apartment Cost.

 

o   Bank pays 80% of the total Apartments cost  on behalf of the customer.

 

o   The interest cost for (24 Months) on the amount disburse by the bank will be borne by Sunworld Residency Pvt. Ltd.

 

o   In case customer does not want to retain the unit after 24 months, he will get 70% assured return, against the 15% of the total flat cost (Booking Amount).
o   Sunworld will also settle the bank loan by paying the principle amount to the banker.

Buyers EMI starts only after 24 months or possession whichever is earlier.
