Jaypee Orchard Resident welfare Society- AGM 11 December 2022

Dear Jaypee Orchard Resident Welfare Society Member,

 

Record of the Proceedings of the AGM of Jay Pee Orchard Resident welfare Society held on 11th December' 22 at the Jalvayu Vihar Community Centre (JVCC), Sector -21, Noida.

 

The meeting started after waiting for quorum.

Meeting Time 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM

 

1.       Meeting started by welcoming all present.

2.       A detailed presentation was made by the president on the following topics.

a.       A snapshot on the number of members, members exited and current members.

b.      Status of money collected and spent on the legal cases.

c.       Balance sheet for the FY 2021-2022.

d.      Current bank balances & Fixed deposit.

e.      Status of the NCDRC cases. In possession case the next date of hearing is 19th December 2022 and in refund case next date of hearing is 17th January 2023. We hope to reach a conclusion in around 6 to 9 months.

f.        Subscription fees due from the members for the financial years 20-21. 21-22 & 22-23 to be waived.

g.       The election to elect the functionaries of the Governing Body will be held in the first week of February 2023.

h.      Suraksha resolution’s progress in NCLT was discussed. It was felt that the order, that is reserved, could possibly come by week 2 of January. There would be appeals filed, as usually happens in most of such cases and it will reach via NCLT, finally to Supreme court. This process could take another 10-12 months. However dates can never be firmly given when trying to predict judicial timelines and outcomes.

i.         An appeal was made to all members to volunteer to join the core group to support our efforts.
