This is in reference to the subject matter which is pending before the Hon'ble NCDRC.
You are a part of the group of Orchard allottees who had filed a case in NCDRC against JIL and JAL for Possession of the flats. In this particular case we are at the stage of filing of Evidence Affidavits i.e., each one of us has to file an affidavit in the court.
Since a lot of time has elapsed since the case was filed and JIL subsequently went into the insolvency process ( and so now the case is only against JAL), some of us have either sold our allotments or lost interest in pursuing the case. By this note we need your confirmation that you want to pursue this case. Please revert back to us by 07th September 2023 by responding to this mail with your positive or negative intention. Even in case you are not interested in going forward, do send a response, so that we know that you have received this message. In case we do not receive your response we will resend this mail and even try to contact you on phone. Even then if we do not get your response or cannot contact you we will assume you are not interested in moving forward with this case.
The lawyer will then draft individual affidavits only for those who revert back with the intent to continue. We will share these affidavits with you when they are ready. You will need to sign them and return these either to us or directly at the lawyer's office.
