Record of the Proceedings of the AGM of Jay Pee Orchard Resident Welfare Society held on 07th June, 2025 at Hotel Fortune, Sector -27, Noida

The meeting started after waiting for the quorum. 
Meeting Time: 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM

Meeting started by welcoming all present.

1. Audited accounts of FY 23-24 were presented
2. Unaudited accounts of FY 24-25 were shared.
3. Status of the NCDRC case was discussed.
4. Mr. Satish Khurana was added to the executive committee in place of Wing Cdr Sudhir Singla who passed away.
5. History of the developments around Wishtown and associations role was presented from 2015 onwards.
6. Our HBAR presented his impression of meetings with Suraksha. 

After completion of all the above matters of the society at the AGM, apprehensions were expressed, by all present, about the speed of construction by Suraksha and the lack of transparency in their dealing with HBs. To take corrective action at our end the following key decisions were taken at the AGM Held in Noida on June 7th,2025.

1. Send a letter to Mr Walia with a copy to Noida authority chairman and police chief about their not honoring the commitments and not even signing the minutes of the PMC meetings. Mr Satish Khurana our HBAR will help in drafting this letter.
2. To get a confirmation that Suraksha has indeed applied for RERA recertification of Orchards. Any flat owner with contacts at RERA office can take the initiative and update us. This can be done at RERA's greater Noida office. It will be coordinated by Mr. Dinesh  Ahuja.
3. A letter should be sent to the Chairperson of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) with copies to Suraksha, Noida Chairman and other authorities in Government informing them that Suraksha is not following the resolution plan. Our HBAR Mr. Khurana will help drafting this letter too.
4. We will decide in consultation with our lawyer by first week of July whether to continue with the ongoing case in NCDRC.
5. Any other practical suggestions from the larger group are welcome.
