JAY PEE ORCHARDS RESIDENT WELFARE SOCIETY ELECTION 2023-25

Dear Fellow Orchardians,

 

As you know we are members of a legally constituted Resident Welfare Society. It is now necessary to conduct elections for the appointment of the society office bearers. Since our members are located in various parts of the world, it is not correct or fair to conduct a physical election program. As such we have devised a email based program.

 

I have been nominated as the election officer for conduct of elections to our Resident Welfare Society.  To manage this program, a special email ID orchards.election@gmail.com has been opened for this purpose. All communications in respect to the elections will be conducted only through this email ID.

 

Please go through the following attachments to this email:

a.         Rules for conduct of the election

b.         Notice for the conduct of the election program including time schedule to be followed

c.         Nomination form for members who wish to take up appointment to any of the posts as detailed in the notice

d.         List of society members eligible to vote for the various posts.

 

Please go through the list carefully to ascertain that details of your name, flat no., and email ID are correct. In case of any errors, please revert back on orchards.election@gmail.com immediately.

 

You will notice that incomplete details are available for 2 of the members. These members are requested to ensure completion of their particulars as they will not be in a position to cast their votes in case updates are not received in time. Since for these cases, email IDs are missing, such members will not receive this mail. Thus any member who is in touch with these members is requested to ask them to update their details immediately. Please also forward a copy of this mail to them.

 

Please note that only 1 vote per flat can be polled. The first emailed vote containing the ballot form received from the email IDs registered in the final list of society members will be considered. Any subsequent ballot/ballot from an unregistered ID/ballot with incorrect member details will be ignored.
