Dear Dr. Agarwal,

I am sorry to hear about the demise of Mr. SIngla. Unfortunattely I was not aware of this. In view of the fact that there have been no nomintions for the post of executive members, this means that the no. of executive members is reduced to the remaining 2 since even during the last elections only 3 members had filed nominations. 

Nevertheless, thank you for the update.
