Just One of the Ways We Save You Time in Your Job Search

Hello Shonda,

The Resume Analysis feature is the first step in determining IF and HOW you should apply to a job listing. We created the Resume Analysis as just one of the features to save you time and frustration as you're applying to jobs.
How Resume Analysis Works
Your resume on file is analyzed against the job description to show you what gaps exist in your resume.
If there's no resume on file, you'll be asked to submit one.
Using the Analysis to your Benefit
The gaps provided can help you determine if you're qualified, and if so, how to update your resume to have the best chance of getting an interview.
If you have the experience outlined, but it's not in your resume, update your resume to include this information prior to applying. This helps pass Applicant Tracking Systems.
Lastly, our Resume Rewrite feature can help update your resume to highlight key skills. Be sure to review it to include all relevant experience.
Where to Find the Resume Analysis Feature
This feature is the first step of the Power Apply Process. Click on Power Apply within any job to obtain a Resume Analysis. Remember, the Power Apply Features are free one time every 48 hours, but subscribers can access them more frequently.
