What makes Jennie’s Job Matching Different

Job boards haven't changed much in the last decade. What has changed, is the matching of job seekers with job openings. Here are just some of the ways we look at job matching differently.

	Our technology scans the internet for all the job postings available at any given time so you shouldn't have to review multiple job boards a day. We then email the jobs or they appear in our job search tool.
	We don't accept payment from employers to boost or promote their job postings which means you are more likely to see more job opportunities than on other job boards.
	While some jobs shared with you could be on the older side we think you should still consider applying. Maybe the employer has seen a first round of candidates and aren't happy with them or you make a connection with someone within the company that wants to help you. Sure, it's a long shot, but nonetheless worth a try.
	Our job matching is more accurate when you have a resume on file. If you have yet to upload a resume you can do so here. And, if you still aren't happy with the jobs you're seeing, go in and fine tune your profile even more as our technology adjusts with every update you make.
